Tool rental in Oulu

My own tools, rented out from my home in Metsokangas, Oulu. No company, no membership, no deposit.

I have built a house and a summer cabin, and helped with a few other building projects. Over the years that has added up to a lot of good tools that sit in storage most of the time. Renting them to neighbours beats everyone buying their own.

Everything here is mine. You deal with me directly — no counter, no call centre, and I will tell you honestly if a tool is wrong for your job.

How it works

Send a request
Pick your dates and send a request. Nothing is charged yet — I confirm availability first, usually within the hour during the day.

Collect in Metsokangas
I send the exact address with the confirmation. Evenings and weekends are easiest, but daytime usually works too. I will show you how the tool works.

Return as agreed
Pay on collection, in cash or with MobilePay. A bit of dirt is fine. Home delivery in the Oulu area can be arranged separately.

A note on language. The tool listings themselves are in Finnish, because that is how I wrote them. The make, model and price are the same in any language, and photographs tell you most of the rest. Write to me in English — by email or WhatsApp — and I will answer in English.

Prices

Every tool has its own prices for 1, 2, 4 and 7 days. Each one is the total for the whole rental, not a daily rate, and a longer rental always costs less per day. The price is shown on each tool's page.

Payment is in cash or by MobilePay when you collect the tool. I am not registered for VAT, so VAT cannot be deducted from the price. I do not send invoices and there is no deposit.
